Predevelopment Real Estate Feasibility Analysis
Larisa Ortiz is co-author of “Real Estate Redevelopment & Reuse,” a training manual used by the International Council of Economic Development (IEDC) and a former development consultant for the Jonathan Rose Companies. She understands the unique challenges inherent in developing buildings and property on commercial corridors. She has helped many non-profit and public sector clients in the concept testing necessary to determine the architectural, regulatory, financial and political feasibility of challenging projects.
